ZENIT® Xtreme represents a new dimension in lift doors: Lift doors in extra-large dimensions for heavy-duty industrial lifts.

It is not just the clear door widths ranging from 2,400 mm to 8,000 mm in the 6-panel, centre-opening version and from 1,600 mm to 5,300 mm in the 4-panel, centre-opening version that are extreme. The maximum door height can be up to 5,000 mm in each case as well.

The extremely sturdy door concept has been especially designed for harsh industrial operation, guaranteeing the operator a high availability of the lift system thanks to the sophisticated technology.

The transom, upper frame, sill bracket, sill and apron are centrally divided in all door widths, making the individual assemblies easier to handle and install. In general, the new heavy-duty doors distinguish themselves by their installation friendliness.

A ram profile is installed to protect the door panels and the side frames, the door panels are, when open, 50 mm behind this profile and protected. If damaged, the ram profiles, sills and upper and side frames can be individually replaced.

All sheet metal parts are made as standard of ZnMg-coated or hot-dip galvanised sheet metal. The frames and sill with substructure can also be manufactured entirely of stainless steel. The door panels are thus available with stainless steel cladding but may likewise be made of stainless steel as well.

The landing and car doors are driven separately by MEILLER’s innovative MiDrive^® door drive system. Instead of using a mechanical skate combined with hook locks, the optical coupling is used to ensure that both doors run synchronously. The drive, telescoping and direction change is now carried out exclusively with chain drive instead of with ropes.
